How much does shipping cost? There is an AUD $10 flat rate shipping fee for all orders.
Do you offer free shipping? We do have a limited free shipping offer for orders over $120 AUD / approx. $78 USD. Please use the coupon code “FREESHIP120” in your cart to receive free shipping. This free shipping offer is limited, it will expire on 31st December 2024.
When will my order be shipped? Products will normally be shipped 3-5 business days after your order has been placed, occasionally it could be more during busy periods.
When will I receive my order? Shipping times will vary as orders are shipped with standard shipping times to your local area. Orders will ship from the closest warehouse in the fewest number of packages but you might receive multiple packages depending on stock locations. We ship from warehouses in Australia and the United States. Therefore, you can generally expect your order to arrive 10-30 days after your order date.
Where do you deliver? We deliver to Australia and the United States. Whenever possible we will ship from the warehouse nearest to you.
Orders
How do I make changes to my order? We start processing your order as speedily as possible after you ‘Check Out’. This helps us to send your goods quickly but this also means we’re unable to make changes to your order, including delivery address, changing colours and sizes or removing items.
Payments
What forms of payment are accepted? Gekasa uses PayPal to process all payments. Through PayPal you can use your debit card or credit card.

I think my product is damaged or faulty, can I return it? Yes, faulty or damaged products can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 42 days of purchase. Please refer to the Gekasa Returns Policy for further information and the next steps.
I changed my mind, can I return it? Some items are eligible for exchange if they’re not quite right for you, such as a t-shirt that is the wrong size or the wrong colour. Other items are not eligible for exchange. Please refer to the Gekasa Returns Policy for further information and the next steps.

- Sweatshirts
- Hoodies
Items NOT eligible for exchange are:
- Bags – including backpacks, lunch bags and tote bags
- Bottles
- Any item that is not in its original condition
- Any item that has been used or worn
- Any item that was purchased more than 42 days ago
