Returns Policy Effective 15th August 2024

Thank you for your purchase. Please contact us at gekasa.bunnies@gmail.com if you are not completely satisfied. Our Returns Policy details the terms and conditions for returning purchases made from Gekasa (“we”, “us’, “our”) through our website https://www.gekasa.com.

Refunds for faulty or damaged products

A full refund or exchange is available when Gekasa determines products are faulty or delivered damaged. To be eligible for a refund you must contact us at gekasa.bunnies@gmail.com within 42 days of purchase. Please include:

  1. Invoice Number
  2. Purchase Date
  3. Description of the fault or damage
  4. Photo of the fault or damage

Gekasa will assess the photos and information provided and advise you via email if your refund was approved or rejected. If you are approved, you can choose to be refunded in full or to have the product replaced.

Exchanges

Our Returns Policy lasts 42 days. If 42 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange. Some products are exempt and cannot be exchanged. Details for specific product types are listed below:

Bags. Exchanges for bags are not permitted. Bags include backpacks, lunch bags and tote bags. Please read the item description and dimensions carefully to ensure the bag will suit your needs. However, we do want you to be happy with with your purchase so please email us at gekasa.bunnies@gmail.com if there is a problem.

Bottles. Exchanges for bottles are not permitted. Please read the item description and dimensions carefully to ensure the bottle will suit your needs. However, we do want you to be happy with with your purchase so please email us at gekasa.bunnies@gmail.com if there is a problem.

T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Hoodies. Exchanges are permitted for the wrong size, wrong color and change of mind returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is a t-shirt, sweatshirt, or hoodie.
  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • The item is in its original, undamaged and unused condition.
  • The item is from the original order and has not been exchanged already.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • The customer must contact us at gekasa.bunnies@gmail.com within 42 days of purchase to initiate the exchange. Please include:
    1. Invoice Number
    2. Purchase Date
    3. Reason for Exchange
    4. Photo of product in original condition

Products Not Eligible for Exchange

Some products are not eligible for Change of Mind returns. Please read the product descriptions and dimensions carefully. Products that are not eligible for exchange include:

  1. Bags – including backpacks, lunch bags and tote bags
  2. Bottles
  3. Any item that is not in its original condition
  4. Any item that has been used or worn
  5. Any item that was purchased more than 42 days ago
